Olive oil, the magic weapon

olive oil - much more than you think

Ugo Agostini

Italians, Greeks and all countries in which olive oil is one of the basics of the kitchen know that a spoonful of olive oil per day has a very positive effect on many functions of the body. It helps lower blood pressure, strengthens the body's defenses, is healthy for the skin and hair, prevents cardiovascular diseases and much more. You can read more about this at:

But olive oil is not just olive oil just because it is on the bottle! Above all, you damage your body especially if you think a healthy olive oil would be available for € 3.99 per liter. If it is not and who nevertheless sells olive oils that should not be described as such at all, it should actually be subject to drastic legal charges.

Olive oil from the best hands

Anyone who likes to cook and knows that it is the first-class products that stand for successful and healthy eating, but still pokes around under a variety of olive oils without knowing what is really in them. Schindluder is driven most and most profitably where olive oil has not always been in use, such as in Germany.

For several years I have been working with one of the world's best olive oil producers, Agostini, and now I can give you the opportunity to order Agostini olive oil directly on my website.
The shipment is made directly from the manufacturer via TNT courier. This ensures that the olive oil will be delivered to you a few days after your order.
In addition to all awards within Italy, Agostinis is surely the highest award of the Golden Award in New York 2016 for the "Sublimis" as one of the 200 best olive oils in the world and the Golden Award for the magazine Feinschmecker in 2014.

By the way: all Agostini olive oils are organic, even if only one of them bears the label

Sublimis
description
Extra virgin olive oil, cold-pressed, with an intense aroma, for those who love intense aromas
Acidity: 0.3%
Ideal for all types of meat, grilled meat, vegetable soups, bruschetta and all dishes of the Mediterranean cuisine.
Made from 100% Italian olives of the Frantoio and Carboncella varieties, picked by hand in October and processed within 6 to max. Processed 12 hours after harvest.
Aroma: This olive oil leaves the taste of fresh herbs, artichokes and wild chicory in the mouth, with slightly bitter and spicy notes of almonds and black pepper.

Makes other spices superfluous - the aromatic olive oils
- Lime, ideal for white meat, fish, bruschetta
- Garlic, ideal for bruschetta and as the icing on the cake for vegetables in the pan, but also with meat and fish
- Basil, perfect for caprese, over the salad and as the icing on the cake for durum wheat semolina pasta
- Chilli (peperoncini), ideal for everything, but to be used with care, as one drop is enough
- Orange, ideal for fennel salads, cabbage and seafood tartare, sauces
- Rosemary, ideal for seasoning any type of meat and fish

Use: it is best to mix the flavored oils with normal olive oil. Is cheaper! For meat I use e.g. regular olive oil mixed with rosemary oil and a few drops of pepperoncino oil.
