Spectacular honey
Nobody knows this honey, because it can only be found at a "honey magician" here in the Marches, whose name is almost a promise: Giorgio Poeta. His types of honey are actually a poem.
I came across him by accident when I was given his honey carato for dessert. Although I'm not exactly a honey freak otherwise, this honey immediately impressed me and still does today. But not only the Carato, the Stella with star anise is just as unique and the honey, the Stachys, extracted from the Ziestblüte, is in no way inferior to the two stars.
A very special version is the honey from honeydew, known in Italy as Melata.
Of course, these unique specialties are also offered in the appropriate packaging: the glass for the two stars, the Carato and Stella, is thick and wavy and simply noble, so that it is difficult to dispose of - reusing it is much nicer.
If someone is to be gifted, the outer packaging is already a piece of jewelry in itself.
