The house is family run and this alone is usually an indicator of more attention and special hospitality. This becomes very clear at breakfast, because the buffet is very rich and varied. Overall, the kitchen, which incidentally has the most modern appliances, is highly recommended.
The outdoor area offers a pleasant ambience to enjoy the evening. A vegetable and herb garden on the side guarantees fresh ingredients and vegetables depending on the season.
What impressed me most at first glance were the colors, all in light tones. These make the whole interior appear light and airy. Not to forget the arrangement of the seating. Somehow they seem to have found their place by chance, but it fits perfectly.
It is thanks to the landlady Brunella that old and new fit together harmoniously, that many little things together make up an endearing whole. It is a very special hotel with charm.
Grottammare, which is still in the shadow of the much more visited coastal town of San Benedetto del Tronto, has far more flair than this. The prices are reasonable and you are simply "in good hands".
