Apartements at the seaside

Like paradise - Villa Costantino

The Marche are good for many surprises. It's not just about the cultural and naturalistic surprises, there are also many discoveries in accommodation. Anyone who normally thinks that a holiday apartment near the sea has to be in a busy area is wrong.

The Villa Costantino with its 4 apartments is such an aha experience. Just 1.5 km from the beaches in Cupra Marittima, it is idyllically embedded in the green of the surrounding hills with their meadows, fields and forests.
If you want to enjoy the sea, but not necessarily the hustle and bustle in the coastal towns in the summer months, but prefer to be able to retreat in soothing silence, this wonderful villa offers a suitable haven of peace. Like many of these secret jewellery boxes, this villa is not located directly on a busy main road, but a bit off, accessible only via a small, unpaved road (approx. 400 m).
After the gate, the view of the magnificent building opens up, which is not surprising, as it originally served as a hunting residence for a noble family in the 18th century. The actual structure was retained, both indoors and outdoors, when the restoration was carried out. It took four years, from 2014 to 2018, to let the villa shine in its beauty again. The original materials were used for this and even in some of the interiors the original walls were left as they always were, made of bricks, without plastering.

When the guest enters the villa, he is amazed to see that the inside differs enormously from the outside. In all very modern rooms, the colour white dominates, both on the walls and partly on the floor. This cool colour is loosened up by lots of splashes of colour with carpets and antique furniture, as well as the parquet floors. In three rooms, however, and on the stairs that lead to the first floor, the floor is different because it is painted white with resin.

The 4 apartments are designed differently in terms of size and distribution, but each one very bright and spacious, so that a total of up to 18 guests could be accommodated in the apartments.
They are divided as follows:
App. 1 has 1 bedroom
App. 2 has 3 bedrooms
App. 3 and 4 offers 2 bedrooms each
There are 6 bathrooms in total, so there is no shortage of shower facilities.
The possibility of expanding an apartment with two bedrooms to an apartment with a total of five bedrooms is interesting. This is well solved by a connecting door and, in case that only one apartment is required, by an additional sliding shelf.

There are three apartments on the ground floor, one on the first floor with a spacious terrace.
The apartment with the 3 bedrooms is divided into the ground floor and 1st floor. One of the bedrooms is on the ground floor with a bathroom, the other two are situated on the first floor, also with a bathroom.

Each apartment has a fully equipped kitchen of exceptional design. The whole kitchenette, in some apartments however only a part, can namely "disappear" behind a sliding door.
In the whole house there is an air conditioning system in midsummer for pleasant temperatures, in winter the building is warmed by central heating.
If you want to wash your laundry during your stay, you have the opportunity to use the washing machines in the laundry room of the house free of charge.

In front of the building placed on one side there is a small ditch filled with water, which then flows into a small pond-like basin. Illuminated at night, this offers an ideal ambience to sit down on the comfortable armchairs at the open bar behind it and enjoy the mild nights. It is a real Italian feeling!
“Bar” may not be the right term because it is also a fully equipped kitchen. Anyone who has something to celebrate with friends or family can use this. There are cooks available who will prepare the feast on request. But you don't just have to think about partying. Anyone who would like to take a cooking course also has the opportunity here. However, this must then be requested.

The swimming pool is located above the building and the bar. Under the gazeboes you can take a completely relaxed nap in the shade on the loungers or just enjoy yourself. Enjoy the view over this lovely territory and feel like being in paradise.

Thanks to the central location near Cupra Marittima, everyone who doesn't just want to spend the holidays on the beach or at the pool can go on many excursions. Each one an experience and a highlight for the day: Fermo, Ascoli Piceno, Offida, Ripatransone, the Monti Sibillini, and, and, and ... the list is long and besides, once the Marche has been discovered, it is difficult to believe in its magic revoke. It gives us what we need so much: a little harmony in a stressful world.

Marche Full Experience - Nomen est Omen

The name of the apartment house in Porto S. Elpidio already suggests that the guest can fully experience the beautiful Marche region from here.
Each of the 4 apartments has its own entrance and depending on how many people want to vacation together, the apartments are equally available for couples and families.
Each apartment is well equipped with every comfort, complete kitchen equipment, private bathroom, balcony with appropriate furniture.
The house is a modern construction in a good location with access to the pebble beach, which is only a 5-minute walk away. Even in midsummer, this location offers enough tranquility, although it is close to the center. So you don't have to rely on always having to use the car.
The apartment house is surrounded by typical Mediterranean vegetation and offers a view of the sea. This of course tempts you to watch the fishing boats from the balcony on warm summer nights, which only appear as dots on the water.
By the way, guests can also bring their four-legged friends with them!

From Porto S. Elpidio, the wonderful towns such as Fermo, Ascoli Piceno, Loreto, Macerata, and many more can be reached in a short distance. Even an excursion into the grandiose world of the Monti Sibillini can be done within approx. 1.5 hours.
If you would like to go on guided day trips, you can ask Alessia, the owner, about them. By the way, cyclists will find plenty of slopes here, and those who want to exert themselves can simply take the many small roads in the hinterland, some of which are a challenge due to the many inclines and curves.

Just a minute's walk from the sandy beach in Cupra Marittima is the holiday home I Delfini, which is not far from the center. There are 38 apartments available for guests, which can accommodate 2 to 6 people. The house is very well equipped, the apartments all have a balcony, air conditioning, TV-SAT, and sometimes even two TVs, and they are very spacious.
The kitchen corner is equipped with every modern convenience, such as a fridge with freezer, washing machine and dishwasher. In the superior category and in the 2-room apartments on the ground floor there is also a safe, an ironing board and iron.
The price in the superior category already includes use of the beach with 2 sun loungers, WiFi in the apartment, parking space in the garage, laundry and weekly cleaning.
If you don't want to miss your four-legged friend on vacation, there are 6 apartments on the ground floor.

Those who prefer a swimming pool to the sea can enjoy swimming on the 5th floor with a panoramic view of the sea and the magical ancient part of Cupra Marittima.

In Cupra Marittima, an idyllic seaside resort on the so-called palm riviera in the magical Marche region (brands in German), which has retained its authenticity, the holiday apartments are located directly on the sea.
Depending on the family size, different categories are offered. From the 2-room apartment to the 3-room apartment with the possibility of an extra bed, you decide which one is tailored to your needs.
The apartments are located at three different points of view, but always within walking distance of shops and restaurants.
They were only recently built and are equipped with the latest comfort. This includes:
- elevator
- Wireless Internet access
- TV, fridge with large freezer compartment, washing machine
- Air conditioning (depending on the apartment in the living room or in all rooms)
- Heating for the cooler months
- kitchen utensils (from pan to glass)
- Parking spot
- Soundproof windows and balcony doors
All apartments have a large balcony (18 - 20 m⊃2;) and invite you to take meals there and enjoy the view over the sea. You will find the appropriate equipment on the spot, because every balcony has a table and chairs.
All apartments are modern and very spaciously furnished. No unnecessary flourishes have been dispensed with, so that everyone has enough freedom of movement.
Bed linen and towels can be provided so that guests can relax and enjoy their vacation from day one.The beach in Cupra Marittima is ideal for children and of course parents. There are several reasons for this, because it is fine sand and invites you to take long walks by the sea. The water is of excellent quality because it is not for nothing that this part of the Adriatic regularly receives the EU award, the Bandiera Blu. The guest does not necessarily have to rent sun loungers and parasols in order to be at the sea, because there are the so-called "free beaches", where everyone can enjoy their bathing holiday at no cost. If you don't want to do without the comfort, you can find sun beds and umbrellas at affordable prices in the chalets.

If you want to explore the area with its diverse possibilities, be it to visit the wonderful medieval towns (e.g. in the immediate vicinity of the ancient Cupra Alta, Ascoli Piceno or Fermo and much more) or to go hiking in the unique Sibillini Mountains, everything is within a short driving time reachable.

You will be amazed to find that there are still places for explorers in one of the most beautiful regions in Italy!
