The first pressing is ,of course, the most precious oil, because everything that is pressed again can be used as machine oil - or it is processed so that it is sold at an extremely low price. Then these are the industrial oils I mentioned. Extra vergine has almost nothing to do with pressing! It means that the acidity of the olive oil must be below 0.8%. For olive oils from really good oil mills and no industries, this percentage is significantly lower, namely a maximum of 0.2%. In addition, it is a very gentle pressure that is around 5 bar.
