The kitchen of Le Marche is called "poor". The reader who decides here that our region is not recommendable from a culinary point of view should, however, continue a bit in the text.
Almost every restaurant or hotel cooks according to traditional, local recipes. These go back deep into the Middle Ages. Thank God it has not yet become common in this region to use the so-called international cuisine.
