Embedded in a spacious park of approx.8,000 m2, the villa and the associated hotel building, which was new a few years ago, are located in the heart of the Tronto Valley. At approximately the same distance from the sea as to Ascoli Piceno, this renowned and comfortable hotel offers an ideal starting point for cultural and naturalistic activities such as in the Sibillini Mountains (approx. 40 km).
From an old mansion from 1860, a hotel with all modern comforts was created. The rooms, each designed differently, are in perfect harmony with the original architectural style. You receive the guest with the warmth of this well-kept environment, the hospitality of the house and the family atmosphere make him feel at home. Each room has a bathroom, hairdryer, TV, minibar, telephone, air conditioning and safe, as well as a kettle for making tea. The elegant, yet cozy restaurant and a well-stocked wine cellar leave nothing to be desired. The kitchen presents exquisite dishes, which are always prepared in the traditional way of the marche. According to recipes that have spoiled the palate for centuries and are as current today as they used to be. Be it for romantic dinners for two or with the family, business dinners or social gatherings of any kind, several conference rooms are available as well as a ballroom for large events. There is also a small wellness area that can be used by guests.
